You can build awesome websites by using WordPress but after purchasing the domain you must know how to install the WordPress.

For demonstration, if you enter your domain in the google search bar(URL) and click enter you will see the below result. There will be no design part and you will end up with only files.

Install WordPress in Cpanel

To create websites in this domain name, you must install WordPress. so first of all you have to log in to your Cpanel account and search for the Softaculous Apps installer which is at the bottom of the page. Just click on it and it will show all the previous installation lists. Just click on “install now” and you will be redirected to the installation page.

On the installation page, you have to choose the version you want and also you can choose the latest version and below that, you will get Choose installation URL with 3 entries in which you have to choose according to your requirement.

  • Choose protocol.
  • Choose domain.
  • Choose directory.

When you click on the dropdown of the protocol you will see 4 options and you can go for your domain. If your domain is linked with the SSL certificate then choose https://, otherwise, you can go for the other options.

enter the domain which you have selected and in the last directory you can enter the already created folder name or by just typing the directory it will create a new directory. now enter the site name and site description according to you like what kind of website or blog you are creating and also enter the admin details like admin username, admin password, and admin Email.

You can also select the language as per your country or keep English as default and control or manage the themes and plugin from here But it will be better to do those changes from the WordPress dashboard and click on install to install the WordPress and it will look as in the below image. And congrats…!!! you have installed WordPress successfully in Cpanel.
