How to request for Refund on GWiz Academy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase then you don’t have to worry about the amount you have spent on buying our course because we will refund your money in case of a genuine request.

Hi, In this blog, let’s see how a student can request a refund. Am sure that it will not be needed but to rest a student assured, let me tell you that we offer a refund upon request even after the student has completed watching the course but the access to that course and its certificate will be revoked. please, read the blog completely to understand our policy.

Refund Policy

For New Students

  • New students can request within 30 days of making the payment.
  • Access to the course and certificates will be revoked.

For Old students

  • Old students can request for refund within 7 days of making the payment.
  • Access to the course and certificates will be revoked.

Regulations

we reserve the right to limit and deny the requests in cases where we believe that there is policy abuse.

Reasons that results in requests getting denied

  • On account of finding that student is misusing our policy.
  • Multiple requests have been made by the student for the same course.
  • Excessive requests have been made by a student.
  • For users that have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our terms and conditions.

Methods

Method 1

  • payments will be processed back to the same payment source from which the course was bought.
  • After the payment is initiated, It will generally take 5-8 business days to reflect back based on the payment method used by the student.

Method 2

  •  In case the cash payback is not possible for any technical reasons,  equivalent GWiz coins will be credited to the student’s wallet by our team.
  • The credited GWiz coins can be later redeemed for any other GWiz Academy courses.

Important Note

Refund is not applicable for the students who have accessed the courses through BOOTCAMP.
